Where the stage comes alive

Guests gather beneath the entrance canopy as warm light spills through the windows and promises an unforgettable night at the theatre. Beyond the classically styled city façade lies a complete venue with a foyer, auditorium, balcony and stage. Columns, relief details, tall windows and the prominent theatre sign give the building a suitably grand street presence. Inside, rows of seats, stairways, railings, curtains and graphic decorations set the scene for opening nights, rehearsals and backstage encounters. Eight minifigures step into the roles of audience members, staff and performers. Switch on the lighting and the entire building becomes a lively cultural landmark for your brick-built city.

The 2,445-piece build combines traditional masonry with sideways-mounted façade details, tiled surfaces and carefully arranged interior spaces. Removable floors and opening sections provide access from several sides, revealing clear views into the auditorium and across the stage. Around 20 integrated LED light points are installed throughout the façade, rooms and performance area as construction progresses. Routing the fine cables rewards a careful approach and makes the lighting part of the build rather than an accessory added afterwards. Numerous printed elements add lasting posters, signs and ornamentation without relying on stickers.

This theatre is primarily designed for experienced teenage builders and adult fans looking for an ambitious modular building with storytelling depth. At approximately 37.5 centimetres tall, its slender frontage commands attention on a shelf while the furnished interior invites you to compose your own scenes. The eight figures can become guests, employees or actors positioned across the stage, balcony and foyer. Accessible modules allow the finished model to work equally well as an illuminated display piece and as a setting for thoughtful, detail-led play. Place it in a modular street for a glowing evening focal point or display it alone to showcase its warmly lit interior.
