Behind the warmly coloured façade lies a quiet retreat for anyone who believes books and coffee belong together. Cups are filled and pastries served on the ground floor, while shelves, reading spots and secluded corners unfold across the upper levels. Beige, brown and deep red tones give the narrow townhouse the character of a well-loved neighbourhood address. Switch on the integrated LEDs and the windows, rooms and tiny lamps take on a wonderfully inviting evening glow. Four minifigures bring the scene to life as the owner, staff and visitors, each ready for a story of their own. The result is an urban meeting place that reveals another thoughtful detail every time you look inside.

The build combines 1,718 pieces with a compact 16×32 footprint and a remarkably dense interior. Removable floors and a separate roof open the building so you can explore or rearrange the café, bookshop and reading areas. A counter, coffee machine, pastries, tables, armchairs, stairs and packed bookshelves are created through varied miniature builds. SNOT techniques, textured masonry and carefully framed windows keep the construction engaging from floor to floor. Lighting cables are routed through the walls and ceilings, allowing the technology to disappear discreetly into the finished model.

This sophisticated modular building is designed for experienced teenage builders and adult city fans looking for an atmospheric display piece with narrative depth. Around 40 printed elements add crisp signs, books, menus and decorative details throughout the scene. Opening doors and windows, movable furniture and freely positioned figures leave plenty of scope for creating your own quiet moments. Standing about 29 centimetres tall, the slender townhouse makes an elegant solo display and fits naturally into a modular street.
