Shipping policy
At Brickminded, we prioritize shipping your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Here you will find all important information regarding delivery times, shipping costs, and availability.
Current Delivery Times
Your order is usually prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days. We process all orders with great care and hand them over to our shipping provider as soon as possible.
Once handed over, standard GLS transit times apply depending on the destination country. Please understand that slight delays may occur in individual cases (e.g., due to high volume) – we thank you for your patience!
Shipping Costs
We ship within Austria, to Germany, and to many countries in the European Union. Shipping costs are displayed transparently in the shopping cart and during checkout.

€5.90 flat rate – free shipping on orders over €100
Germany
€7.90 flat rate – free shipping on orders over €100
Shipping to other EU countries
EU Zone 1
(Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia)
€9.90 – free shipping on orders over €100
(or the equivalent in the local currency)
EU Zone 2
(Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, France, Italy, Romania, Sweden)

EU Zone 3
(Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Spain)

Availability & Pre-orders
We strive to be able to immediately deliver all items offered in the shop.
Pre-orders
For selected items currently inbound (on their way to us), we offer pre-orders. This is clearly marked on the respective product page. The purchase amount is paid in advance. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date – shipment occurs automatically as soon as the goods arrive at our warehouse.
Out of Stock Items
Items that are not available and not currently inbound cannot be pre-ordered. There is no automatic reservation or back-ordering for these items.
