Current delivery times
Your Order is generally prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 working days. We process all orders with great care and hand them over to our carrier as quickly as possible.
Once handed over, the standard transit times of GLS for the respective destination country apply. Please understand if there are slight delays in individual cases (e.g., during high volume) – we thank you for your patience!
Shipping costs
We ship within Austria, to Germany, and to many countries in the European Union. Shipping costs are displayed transparently in your Cart and during the checkout process.

Availability & Pre-orders
We strive to ensure that all items offered in the shop are actually available for immediate delivery.
Pre-orders
We offer Pre-orders for selected items that are already on their way to us. This is clearly marked on the respective product. The purchase amount is paid in advance. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date – shipment occurs automatically as soon as the goods arrive at our facility.
Unavailable items
Items that are not available and not on their way to us cannot be pre-ordered. There is no automatic reservation or subsequent delivery.
