A heritage tram pulls into the platform as warm light spills from the station onto the street. This urban diorama blends nostalgic public transport with the atmosphere of a lively old-town neighbourhood. Passengers await the next departure, staff keep the service moving, and the illuminated tram becomes the heart of the scene. Nine integrated LED light points bring both the vehicle and station to life after nightfall. Built from 1,274 pieces, the complete ensemble tells a different small story from every angle.

The build moves between the heritage tram, the trackside setting and the compact station architecture. Printed decorative elements give signs and other details a crisp, lasting appearance. The lighting is installed as the model takes shape, making the cables and individual light points part of the construction rather than a later addition. That calls for a little more care than a fully passive city build, but rewards you with a convincing day-to-night transformation. A printed instruction manual guides you through the architecture, vehicle and lighting installation in manageable stages.

Designed as part of an Old Town modular concept, the scene works equally well as a standalone display or as the beginning of a larger city layout. Five minifigures populate the station, platform and tram without drawing attention away from the two main subjects. Its combination of historic transport, urban architecture and integrated lighting is especially appealing to adult city builders and collectors.
