By accessing our website and using our online shop, you agree to the following General Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our content.
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all users of this website and to all orders placed via our online shop. By using our services, you agree to the Terms of Service listed here as well as all additional policies (e.g., Returns, Shipping, Privacy Policy).
2. Use of our Online Shop
By using our shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
You agree not to use our shop for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Orders & Conclusion of Contract
By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons – particularly in cases of suspected commercial resale.
The contract language is German. The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation from us via email.
4. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices are in Euros and include statutory VAT.

We reserve the right to price changes and errors.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are made via the payment methods offered at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
6. Delivery & Availability
Processing and handover of your order to the shipping provider usually takes 2–3 business days. Subsequently, the carrier's standard transit times apply.
We strive to deliver all ordered items, but reserve the right to cancel orders in case of unavailability.
Pre-orders: For items marked accordingly that are currently inbound, we offer the option to pre-order. The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We grant you an extended return policy: You have the right to revoke your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can conveniently register the return via your customer account or send us an informal message to hallo@brickminded.com. You will then receive all necessary information regarding the return shipment.
Please note: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You may use a shipping carrier of your choice – please ensure sufficient postage and a trackable shipping method.
You may inspect the goods to an appropriate extent – just as you would be allowed to do in a retail store. A return is therefore also possible if the packaging has been opened or the item has been briefly inspected.
In case of use beyond this (e.g., completely building a set, mixing of parts, or visible signs of wear), we reserve the right to deduct a compensation for lost value from the refund amount. Detailed information on the return process can be found in our Refund Policy.
8. Product Representation & Availability
We make every effort to display products and colors as realistically as possible. However, slight deviations in color or shape are possible and do not constitute grounds for complaint.
There is no claim to availability.
9. Changes to the Offer
We reserve the right to change or discontinue products, prices, and content of our online shop at any time without prior notice.
10. User Content & Communication
Comments, reviews, or submissions must not violate the rights of third parties. Content that violates laws or our guidelines may not be posted. We reserve the right to remove such content.
11. Privacy
Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our shop, you agree to this.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Our products are offered "as is". We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are liable for damages arising from the use of our services only to the extent permitted by law.

14. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

16. Governing Law
The laws of the Republic of Austria shall apply, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, to the extent permitted by law.
