This website is operated by Brickminded e.U., Eduard-Bodem-Gasse 8, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria.

By accessing our website and using our online shop, you agree to the following General Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an Order or using our content.

1. Scope of Application

The following conditions apply to all users of this website and all Orders placed through our online shop. By using our services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed here as well as all additional policies (e.g., returns, Shipping, privacy).

2. Using our Online Shop

By using our shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
You commit not to engage in any illegal or abusive activities through our shop.

3. Orders & Contract Conclusion

By submitting your Order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to refuse Orders without giving reasons – especially if there is a suspicion of commercial resale.

The contract language is German. The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation from us via email.

4. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are in Euro, including statutory VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices and correct errors.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are made using the payment methods we offer at checkout. You agree to provide correct and complete payment information.

6. Delivery & Availability

The processing and handover of your Order to the shipping service provider usually takes place within 2–3 business days. Subsequently, the respective standard transit times of the parcel service apply.
We strive to deliver all ordered items but reserve the right to cancel Orders in case of unavailability.

Pre-orders: For specially marked items that are incoming, we offer the option of a pre-order. The expected Delivery date is not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Withdrawal

We grant you an extended right of return: You have the right to withdraw from your Order within 30 days without giving any reasons. The period begins on the day you or a third party named by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can easily register the return via your customer account or send an informal message to hallo@brickminded.com. You will then receive all necessary information for the return.

Please note: You bear the costs for the return shipment. You can use a shipping company of your choice – please ensure sufficient postage and a trackable shipping method.

You may examine the goods to a reasonable extent – just as you would in a retail store. A return is therefore possible even if the packaging has been opened or the item has been briefly inspected.

In case of use beyond this (e.g., completely assembling a set, mixing of individual parts, or visible signs of wear), we reserve the right to deduct compensation for depreciation in an appropriate amount from the refund amount. You can find exact details on the return process in our Refund Policy.

8. Product Representation & Availability

We make every effort to represent products and colors as realistically as possible. However, slight deviations in color or shape are possible and do not constitute a reason for complaint.

There is no entitlement to availability.

9. Changes to the Offering

We reserve the right to change or discontinue products, prices, and content of our online shop at any time without prior notice.

10. User Content & Communication

Comments, reviews, or submissions must not infringe on the rights of third parties. Content that violates laws or our policies must not be posted. We reserve the right to remove such content.

11. Privacy

Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our shop, you agree to this.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our products are offered "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute error-free operation of our website.
We are only liable for damages resulting from the use of our services within the legally permissible framework.

13. Links to Third Parties

Our website may contain links to third-party providers. We assume no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

14. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

15. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The current version is always viewable on this page. By continuing to use our shop after publication, you agree to the changes.

16. Applicable Law

The law of the Republic of Austria applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, as far as legally permissible.
