Return & Refund Policy at Brickminded

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, if something isn't quite right, you can simply return your items – hassle-free and fair.

30-Day Return Period

We have extended our return period for you: You can return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To start a return, you have two options:

  • Via Customer Account: Simply log in to your customer account at the top right of the shop. Select the relevant order and request the return directly there.
  • Via Email: Alternatively, you can send an informal message to hallo@brickminded.com.

In both cases, you will receive all further information regarding the process shortly after.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure a full refund without deductions, we kindly ask you to:

  • Keep the items in their original condition
  • Return the packaging preferably unopened and undamaged
  • Include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice)

But don't worry:
You are, of course, allowed to inspect the goods – just as you would in a physical store. This means, for example: carefully opening the box, checking or counting contents, and looking through the building instructions.

Important: If a set has already been built or heavily used (e.g., mixed parts, missing accessories, damaged packaging), we reserve the right to deduct a diminished value amount from the refund. However, a return is generally always possible.

How to Return Items

  1. Register your return via your customer account or email us at hallo@brickminded.com.
  2. Send the items to the following address:

Important: Returns without prior notification cannot be allocated or accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately – we will find a solution together!

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account. If you have not received a refund after more than 15 business days, please feel free to contact us again.
