Beyond the elegant façade lies a cultured meeting place for artists, collectors and curious visitors. Three fully furnished storeys create an urban world of culture where paintings, sculptures and installations tell stories of their own. A reception area, exhibition halls, seating and carefully staged artworks let you recreate the atmosphere of a private viewing in your brick-built city. Eight minifigures bring the scene to life as guests, staff and creatives. Across 3,400 pieces, these individual moments grow into a city building with remarkable depth.

The build balances orderly architecture with varied interior detailing. Repeating window bays and façade sections establish a calm rhythm, while furniture, display cases and abstract sculptures introduce fresh ideas along the way. Doors, staircases and generously proportioned rooms form a believable route through the building. Each floor can be removed, giving you easy access to every exhibition and allowing scenes to be rearranged. The unusually deep footprint also provides space for substantial galleries rather than a simple display façade.

This ambitious project is aimed primarily at experienced builders and adult fans of urban architecture. Closed up, the building becomes an elegant display model; opened, it turns into a stage for guided tours, receptions and conversations about art. The restrained exterior palette deliberately draws attention to the more colourful exhibits inside. Added to a modular city, it gives homes and shops a convincing cultural centrepiece.
