Three towering masts emerge through the haze as a feared vessel bears down on your horizon. Its dark hull, pale sails and golden ornamentation create the dramatic silhouette of a ship shaped by treasure hunts and long-forgotten battles. A full battery of cannons lines the sides, while railings, lanterns and an elaborate stern gallery reinforce its battle-worn character. From the low bow and broad main deck to the raised quarterdeck, the model captures the tiered profile of a classic three-masted sailing ship. The story remains deliberately unwritten, leaving you to decide whether the crew is chasing plunder, searching for a hidden harbour or settling an old score.

The 3,066-piece build begins with a reinforced hull before the decks, superstructure, masts and sprawling rigging rise layer by layer. Small texture elements and sideways building techniques shape timbered surfaces, window frames, fittings and baroque-inspired decorations. Partly removable deck sections reveal selected interior spaces furnished with barrels, crates and details inside the captain's cabin. Rotating cannons, opening doors and hatches, a movable wheel and an anchor chain add tactile functions to a model designed primarily for display. A robust internal structure supports the substantial vessel, while its sails and rigging reward careful, patient assembly.

This advanced project is intended for experienced builders aged 14 and over, as well as adult fans who enjoy long, focused building sessions. Several pirate crew figures equipped with hats, weapons and themed accessories bring activity to the decks without distracting from the ship itself. At nearly a metre long, the three-master is best displayed on a deep shelf, sideboard or in a generously sized cabinet. Once the final sail is in place, you are left with a maritime collector's model that reveals fresh details from every angle.
