This European-inspired art school rises across three fully furnished levels, with its broad footprint giving it the presence of a compact city palace. Reception and gallery areas, workrooms and creative equipment make the building feel like a busy institution where new pieces are always taking shape. Four minifigures can become tutors, students or visitors exploring the academy. After dark, seven integrated LED lights illuminate selected rooms and architectural details. The result is a building with a distinct personality both by day and at night.

The model uses 3,463 pieces and occupies a generous 32 × 48-stud footprint. Each floor can be removed separately, revealing the furnished interior and making it easy to arrange scenes inside. SNOT construction, cornices, columns, textured masonry and clusters of small ornaments keep the build varied throughout. Opening doors, internal stairways and repositionable furnishings add accessible play features without compromising its display focus. Printed signs and artworks complement the brick-built decoration, while the intricate exterior rewards careful handling when the model is moved.

This imposing modular is designed primarily for adult fans of urban architecture, substantial display buildings and richly developed interiors. Its one-and-a-half-modular footprint gives it a commanding presence in a cabinet or a larger brick-built city. Easels, artworks, exhibits and studio accessories create a wealth of settings for minifigure photography and everyday storytelling. Removable levels and integrated lighting ensure there is still plenty to explore long after the final piece is placed.
