The ground floor houses the sales area , with fabric tables, displayed garments, and an outdoor area for starching and sewing. The second floor is dedicated entirely to custom tailoring, with an ironing station, cutting area, and storage space for finished garments . Right at the top, under the roof, weaving and storage take place—with looms, fabric bales, and belt blanks .

A special highlight is the sophisticated lighting system with nine LED lights : Warm illumination behind each window illuminates the hustle and bustle inside – day and night. The cables are easy to route thanks to special components, and the battery unit is discreetly integrated into the model .

The building is fully playable : Two floors and two roofs can be removed, three walls can be opened, and the outdoor area can be freely positioned. This allows each scene to be individually designed and explored – perfect for creative play or display.
