Behind the richly layered townhouse façade, sales areas, shelves and carefully staged miniature products invite you to explore every corner. Six figures bring the building to life as staff, customers, children and passers-by, turning each floor into a stage for everyday scenes. Warmly positioned lights draw your eye through the large windows and deep into the furnished rooms, giving the building an almost cinematic presence. The result is a nostalgic centrepiece for your modular street that rewards close inspection by day and creates a captivating atmosphere at night.

The building rises floor by floor from 3,086 pieces on a classic 32×32-stud footprint. Removable storeys reveal the fully developed interior, while doors, windows, shelving and display areas give the toy shop a convincing layout. SNOT techniques, layered façade sections and ornamental construction keep the build varied as you move between furnishings, interior scenes and intricate exterior details. More than 100 printed elements add signs, toy graphics and decorative touches throughout the model. The integrated lighting system features ten LEDs, a USB hub and carefully routed cables that are built directly into the walls and rooms.

This substantial project is aimed primarily at adult fans and experienced teenagers looking for a rewarding build that combines architecture with electronics. Once complete, it works equally well as an illuminated display model and an accessible play setting, with each level lifting away for easy access. Six figures and a densely furnished shop interior provide plenty of prompts for city stories and make the building easy to incorporate into an existing modular street. Printed instructions guide you through the construction, while the lights can run from the included battery box for three AA batteries or through the USB connection.
