Where the future wakes at night

Between glowing signs and tightly packed façades, a Japanese nightspot opens its doors to humans, robots and cyborgs. Warm colours from within meet a futuristic street scene where technology and traditional food culture overlap. You build a bustling izakaya with a bar, kitchen and seating, accompanied by a ramen shop and a squid grill facing the pavement. Cables, technical panels, lanterns and vivid signage turn the model into a compact cyberpunk district. Integrated lighting brings both the rooms and exterior to life, transforming the building when the surrounding room grows dark. The result is not a sterile vision of tomorrow, but a social meeting place filled with small stories.

The 1,987 pieces create a multi-storey modular building with furnished interiors and accessible rooms. Removable floors reveal counters, cooking stations, seats, bottles, tableware and technical equipment. The build moves between traditional structural work, intricate furniture, angled façade details and contemporary construction techniques. Careful cable routing adds an engaging technical layer as the lighting is installed between walls, signs and interior fittings. This combination gives you a varied project that balances architecture, detailing and electronics.

The model is aimed primarily at adult cyberpunk fans, experienced builders and collectors of illuminated city scenes. Opening doors, accessible rooms and plentiful accessories also give you room to stage everyday moments within the district. Six minifigures populate the scene, comprising three humans and three robots or cyborgs connected to its kitchen, service and nightlife. With a footprint of 28.2 by 26.2 centimetres and a height of 38.6 centimetres, the finished building has a striking shelf presence. Display it alone or make it the atmospheric setting for stories across a larger city of the future.
