Beyond the broad shop windows lies an urban hangout for anyone who prefers discovering music on vinyl. Surrounded by packed record racks, a sales counter and a DJ area, the characters browse for new finds or spend the evening upstairs. The three-storey building blends the warm nostalgia of an independent record shop with the energy of a contemporary nightlife district. Printed album covers, signs and control panels give every floor its own visual story. Once the integrated LEDs come alive, the shop and lounge turn into a vivid after-dark scene. The result is a miniature musical world that continues to reveal fresh details long after the final brick is placed.

The 1,980-piece build creates a full-size modular building on a 32×32-stud footprint, complete with furnished interiors. Removable floors, opening doors and a detachable rear-wall section give you direct access to the shop floor, DJ booth, seating areas and further fixtures. Sideways building techniques shape the textured façade, while windows, masonry and advertising details create a convincing streetscape. The lighting system combines 15 LEDs with slim cables and connectors routed through floors and walls as you build. This adds careful cable management and intricate furnishing work to the familiar rhythm of constructing a detailed city building.

The Record Store is designed primarily for experienced builders and adult collectors who enjoy richly layered urban scenes. At approximately 25.5 centimetres wide and deep and around 36 centimetres tall, it has real shelf presence while retaining a standard modular footprint. Six figures and two animal figures populate the retail floor, DJ area and surrounding social spaces. It works as a striking illuminated display on its own or as part of a larger city block and late-night entertainment district.
