The printed manual guides you through 11 building stages and 579 individual steps. Proven modular and SNOT techniques create textured walls and compact furniture without making the construction needlessly complicated. Routing the thin lighting wires through floors, walls and behind fixtures requires extra care. This alternation between traditional building work and precise electronics integration keeps the experience varied, focused and rewarding.

This model is aimed primarily at adult city builders, music lovers and collectors of atmospheric architecture. Six figures populate the sales floor, DJ area and upper levels, while two animal figures add small slices of everyday life. The fully realised interior offers plenty of angles for photography, dioramas and stories of your own. It works equally well as an illuminated display piece or as a cultural venue within a larger modular street.
