Warm light spills through the windows as pizzas bake in the kitchen and guests settle into the restaurant and café. This multi-storey townhouse captures the atmosphere of an Italian trattoria through sun-washed colours, decorative window frames, balconies and a lively street-facing façade. Downstairs, the story revolves around the restaurant kitchen, pizza oven, worktops and dining room, while additional seating and café spaces bring the upper floors to life. Printed menus, bottles, tiled patterns and tiny accessories suggest a family-run business where every corner has a purpose. Switch on the integrated LED lighting and the entire building becomes an inviting evening destination at the heart of your brick-built town.

The build takes you through 2,868 pieces, rising from a square 32×32-stud footprint to a decorative roofline standing 37 centimetres tall. Extensive tiling shapes the floors and walls, while sideways construction, layered windows and curved railings give the façade depth and texture. Each floor can be removed separately, keeping the kitchen, dining rooms, café and other furnished spaces easy to explore. Opening doors and adjustable interior details add scene-setting potential to a model designed primarily for display. LED components are installed inside walls, windows and rooms as you build, with the wiring routed discreetly through the structure.

This substantial project is aimed at experienced modular-building fans and older builders who enjoy architecture packed with interior detail. Around 80 printed elements decorate the menus, signs, tiles and culinary accessories throughout the model. Six minifigures take on the roles of kitchen staff, servers, family members and guests, giving the fully furnished interior a genuine sense of activity. Its compact footprint, removable floors and warm illumination make it equally at home in a modular street or displayed as a standalone centrepiece.
