If you signed in to Brickminded using “Log in with Facebook”, we may have stored the following data: app-scoped user ID (ASID), name, email address, profile picture URL, access token/refresh token and login timestamps.
You can request the deletion of this data in either of the following ways:
- Via Facebook: Go to Apps and Websites in your Facebook settings and remove our app’s access. We will then automatically receive a deletion request.
- Contact us directly: Email hallo@brickminded.com
We will delete or anonymise your Facebook login data within 30 days. Statutory retention obligations (e.g. for invoice data) remain unaffected. In this case, personal data fields will be pseudonymised (e.g. your name and email address will be removed, while order data will be retained for tax purposes).
Request status: If you initiate the deletion via Facebook, you will receive a confirmation number and a status link.
