Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take and who do you ship with?
Your order is usually ready for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days and handed over to our shipping partner GLS. After that, the standard parcel transit times for your respective country apply.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship to many EU countries. The exact costs are transparently displayed in the shopping cart. Here is a quick overview:
- Austria: 5.90 € - free shipping from 100 €
- Germany: 7.90 € - free shipping from 100 €
- EU Zone 1 (e.g., BeNeLux, Poland): 9.90 € - free shipping from 100 €
- EU Zone 2 (e.g., France, Italy, Sweden): 11.90 € - free shipping from 150 €
- EU Zone 3 (e.g., Spain, Portugal): 22.90 € - free shipping from 300 €
How do pre-orders work?
Selected items that are currently on their way to us can be pre-ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for these. However, shipping will happen automatically as soon as the goods arrive at our warehouse in Innsbruck.
My parcel isn't moving according to tracking or is lost. What now?
Don't worry, we won't leave you stranded! If the status at GLS hasn't changed for several days, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation. But you don't have to wait for the result: We will immediately offer you a free replacement delivery or a full refund of your purchase amount.
Building Blocks, Missing Parts & Instructions
Help, I'm missing a block or a part is defective!
There is hardly anything more annoying than having to stop right in the middle of building! Although we do not have our own spare parts warehouse, we won't leave you alone with this.
To get the part to you as quickly as possible, the manufacturers offer great and free service portals. We only need a photo of the building instructions where the exact building step and the page number are clearly visible.

- Other brands: Send us the photo of the instructions by email and we will request the part from the manufacturer on your behalf!
My set doesn't have printed building instructions. Where can I find them?
To protect the environment, some manufacturers (like Funwhole or Lumibricks) do not include paper instructions for certain sets and offer purely digital PDFs instead.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
How long can I return my order?
We have extended our return period for you: You can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
How do I register a return and who bears the costs?
Please make sure to register your return beforehand via your customer account (top right in the shop) or by email to hallo@brickminded.com. Unfortunately, we cannot process unannounced parcels. You bear the costs for the return shipping label yourself.
Can I open the packaging?
Of course! You can inspect the goods just as you would in a physical store (e.g., carefully opening the box or leafing through the instructions). However, if the set has already been completely built, the bags torn open and parts mixed, or if it shows strong signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate loss of value from the refund amount.
I received the wrong item!
That is our mistake, we sincerely apologize! Contact us and we will immediately send you a free return label. We will dispatch the correct item to you right away - you don't have to wait until the return has reached us.
Pricing, B2B & Content Creators
Why is the price suddenly different in my country?
Our shop system automatically adjusts the currency and prices to your location. Price differences (e.g., between Germany and Poland) arise purely from the different statutory value-added tax rates in the respective delivery countries (e.g., 19% vs. 23%).
I am a business customer. Can I buy tax-free (intra-community)?
Yes, absolutely! This works completely automatically in our shop. Just enter your valid business email address and your correct company information (including VAT ID) at checkout. The system will then automatically convert the gross prices into net prices.
I am a content creator / reviewer and feature your sets!
