Retro Owl Clock.
Wake the woodland timekeeper
Perched among leaves and curling vines, an owl watches you from its tree-like base. Warm browns and beiges give it the feel of a curiosity found in an old fireside room. A square-framed clock face with Roman numerals sits at the heart of the bird. Exposed gears add to its nostalgic, mechanical look. Turn the crank at the side and the quiet character comes alive: wings, eyes and clock hands move together. The display is decorative, though; there is no working timekeeping movement inside.
Across 897 pieces, you build the supporting structure before bringing shafts and gears into sync. Your turn of the hand crank is carried through the mechanism to several linked movements. Fitting those moving parts carefully pays off when you first put them to work. Curved and stepped shapes define the owl, while small leaves and vines bring texture to the base. A printed, illustrated manual guides the build, which Pantasy estimates at around four to six hours.
At roughly 21 cm tall, the finished owl fits on a shelf, desk or sideboard. It suits adult collectors who enjoy visible mechanisms and curious retro objects, while younger builders can enjoy setting it in motion. The printed clock face stays firmly in view as a focal detail. The owl is the model itself, rather than a set accompanied by separate minifigures or animal figures. Leave it on display, then give the crank a turn whenever you want to show how it moves.
