Expansive windows, playful architectural flourishes and numerous printed elements give the building the character of a long-established city boutique. Inside, the scene continues through furnished retail areas, displays and decorative gift motifs. Two figures bring the store to life, ready to become staff and customers in stories of your own. A motorised feature adds movement to the setting and turns the finished model into an eye-catching centrepiece for your brick-built street.

The build uses 3,143 pieces to combine a sturdy multi-storey structure with dense detailing and varied construction techniques. The square footprint, furnished interior, ornate street-facing façade and roof emerge layer by layer. Integrating the included motor introduces a technical dimension without distracting from the retro architecture. Printed elements add lasting graphic accents exactly where the design needs them. Measuring approximately 26.3 × 26.3 cm at the base and around 31 cm tall, the completed store has a substantial yet display-friendly presence.

This project is aimed primarily at adult fans and experienced builders looking for a longer, detail-rich construction experience. It works beautifully as a self-contained nostalgic street scene, while also fitting naturally into an existing row of brick-built shops.
