The lights are still on in your brick-built city: behind the broad windows of Greenway Clinic, patients are welcomed, examined and cared for. Its contemporary façade combines pale surfaces and green accents with transparent frontages, balconies and planted outdoor spaces. A reception desk and furnished waiting area occupy the ground floor, while the upper levels reveal treatment rooms fitted with beds, monitors, cabinets and medical equipment. Five minifigures and three animals fill the clinic with everyday stories involving staff, patients and visitors. Switch on the integrated lighting system and the reception, corridors and treatment areas glow through the windows, turning the building into a warm focal point after dark.

With 2,985 pieces, the build delivers a substantial modular experience in which architecture, interiors and lighting develop together. Each floor can be removed separately, giving you direct access to the densely furnished rooms whenever you want to rearrange figures or accessories. Working doors, rows of windows, stair connections and compact medical devices keep the construction varied. The integrated wiring demands particular care because the LEDs and cables are routed through dedicated grooves, walls and ceilings as the structure rises. Printed clinic signs, displays and control panels give the interior its convincing functional identity.

Greenway Clinic is designed primarily for experienced builders and adult city fans looking for a demanding model with genuine interior depth. On display, its contemporary architecture offers a striking contrast to traditional historic façades, while the removable floors make it equally suitable for character-led scenes. Figures, animals, greenery and medical furnishings turn the finished building into a lively setting rather than a simple façade. Its strongest moment comes in the evening, when light pours through the glazing and makes your city feel as though it never sleeps.
