Behind the urban façade, the team develops models, welcomes clients and discusses the next ambitious design. Warmly illuminated windows turn the building into a lively creative hub after sunset. Professional workspaces, relaxed communal areas and small everyday scenes give every floor a story of its own. Across 3,427 pieces, the scene grows into a 31 cm-tall city building with an impressively rich layout on a compact 26 × 26 cm footprint. It looks equally at home as a standalone display or as part of a larger modular street.

The substantial build combines traditional architectural structure with offset studs, sideways-built façade details, cornices and layered window surrounds. Every floor features a complete interior filled with desks, workstations, architectural models, plans, shelving and meeting areas. Removable storeys let you explore each room and make it easy to position the included characters. Opening doors and windows keep the finished office accessible, while printed signs and graphic details complete its professional identity. Six integrated light points are routed through the building during construction, illuminating the entrance, windows and selected interior spaces.

This rewarding project is aimed at adult fans and experienced builders who enjoy detailed urban architecture and a long, focused build. Five figures populate the office as staff members, clients and visitors, giving you plenty of scope to arrange working scenes. The restrained city palette, balconies, decorative trim and warm evening glow create a confident presence on a shelf or inside a display cabinet. Thanks to its modular levels, the model also remains accessible, easy to photograph and ready to join a wider brick-built city.
