Beyond the glowing shop windows lies a compact world of boards, street art and after-dark city life. This two-storey building combines a modern skate store on the ground floor with a cosy furnished apartment above. Warm light shines through the windows and storefront, turning the finished model into a lively evening street scene. Printed signs, posters and graphic details capture the character of skate culture without relying on stickers. Three figures bring the building to life and leave plenty of room for stories around the counter, apartment and pavement. As part of the Street Fusion range, it can also become the central building in a wider neighbourhood of urban scenes.

The 1,573-piece build creates a modular building measuring 25.8 cm wide, 27.6 cm high and 20.8 cm deep, complete with a detailed interior. Inside the shop, you will discover a sales counter, racks of boards and accessories, plus an abundance of small decorative touches. The upper floor continues the story with furnished living areas that provide a calm contrast to the busy store below. Removable floors and opening doors give you access to both levels, while the lighting cables are integrated as the structure rises. Alternating between façade work, furniture, printed elements and illumination keeps the building process varied from start to finish.

This set is aimed primarily at adult city builders, modular-building enthusiasts and collectors who value atmospheric display pieces. Its contemporary façade, distinctive storefront and fully furnished floors look equally convincing on a shelf or within a larger street. The three included figures can be positioned in the shop, apartment or outside to add movement and personality to the scene. Even after the build is complete, the removable levels keep the interior details accessible, while the integrated lighting gives the model its most striking appearance after dark.
