First contact on a distant world

An unfamiliar river winds through alien vegetation while curious inhabitants watch from the top of a rocky outcrop. This compact habitat gives you a colourful setting for expeditions, first encounters and stories on a distant planet. Two open landscape sections combine a planted riverbank with a tall rock formation, creating several levels for the characters to explore. Three brick-built aliens populate the scene and use movable elements to take on different poses. A traditional minifigure becomes the space explorer who meets these unusual hosts in the heart of their world. The result is a lively environment that feels playful and inviting rather than hostile.

The 206-piece build moves smoothly between landscape construction, vegetation and character assembly. Plates and straightforward brick layering create sturdy habitat bases, while smaller elements shape the river, plants and rugged terrain. Alternating between the low riverbank and the elevated lookout gives the compact model a satisfying sense of depth. Building the three aliens is a particular highlight, as their heads and bodies can be adjusted for different poses and viewing directions. Both sections remain completely open, making it easy to reposition the characters and stage new encounters.

The set is designed first and foremost for young space fans, yet it also makes a charming addition to an adult fan's small sci-fi display. Its habitat sections can connect with 2024 City and Friends space sets, adding the aliens' home environment to human exploration missions. Three brick-built aliens, one minifigure, unusual plants and varied terrain provide plenty of material for play and scene building. On a shelf, it adds a compact splash of extraterrestrial scenery, while the distinctive creature and plant elements invite you to expand the planet with your own creations.
