Display shelves, a sales counter, miniature toys and furnished rooms make the interior feel like a city scene in its own right. Five figures step into the roles of staff and shoppers, giving you plenty of opportunities to stage everyday stories. The result is an atmospheric centrepiece for your modular shopping street.

The 2,978-piece build takes you from the fully stocked ground-floor shop through the upper rooms and up to the decorative roofline. Side-facing studs and other SNOT techniques shape dimensional window frames, cornices and façade ornaments that give the building visible depth. Each floor can be removed, keeping the shelves, counter, toys and smaller furnishings easy to explore. An opening entrance door and rearrangeable interior details add play value, while the classic modular footprint makes the building easy to place in an established city. The included lighting system adds another layer to the build, with cables that need to be routed carefully through the structure.

The finished model is aimed primarily at adult fans of detailed townhouses, yet its figures and accessible rooms also invite shared play.
