Fresh bread and sweet pastries almost seem to scent the street beyond the broad shop windows. The ground floor welcomes you into a fully furnished bakery with a counter, ovens, display cases, tables and customer seating. Upstairs, a detailed gym creates a playful contrast between indulgence and exercise. The top floor becomes a private apartment with living and work areas, a bathroom and access to the roof terrace. Each level tells its own everyday story while contributing to one lively urban townhouse.

The build uses 2,663 pieces to create a roughly 39 cm tall modular building on a 32×32-stud footprint at minifigure scale. Removable floors reveal every interior, while working doors provide access to the shop, stairwell and terrace. Layered façades, cornices, framed windows, decorative arches and SNOT techniques give the exterior depth and clean architectural lines. Gym equipment, baked goods, furniture and tiny shop fittings are assembled as satisfying miniature builds. All graphic details are applied across 19 printed elements.

This substantial project is aimed primarily at experienced builders and adult city planners looking for an engaging eight-to-twelve-hour build. Its standard footprint makes it a natural focal point for a modular street, while the furnished rooms invite you to stage your own everyday scenes. No minifigures or animals are included, leaving you free to populate the bakery, gym and apartment with your own characters. On display, the warm storefront, varied roofline and usable terrace give the building a distinctive presence.
