Glowing windows, printed skate graphics and the warm light from the apartment above turn this building into a lively meeting place for the urban scene. The two-storey modular design combines a specialist skate shop on the ground floor with a fully furnished apartment upstairs. Three minifigures bring everyday life to the setting and invite you to create stories around the sales counter, board racks and living space. Its contemporary façade blends familiar townhouse architecture with bold details from the Street Fusion world. Once the integrated LEDs are switched on, the storefront, windows and rooms become an atmospheric evening scene. You are not simply building a shop, but a convincing slice of modern city culture.

The 1,573-piece build takes you through eight clearly organised sections and 467 easy-to-follow steps. From the foundations and detailed retail floor to the apartment above, the house develops one level at a time into a cohesive city model. Removable floors reveal the carefully furnished interior and make it easy to position the characters. Opening doors and lighting cables routed through the structure add a technical layer to the traditional modular-building experience. Tiles, projecting façade details and framed windows keep the construction varied throughout the project.

Measuring 25.8 cm wide, 27.6 cm high and 20.8 cm deep, the finished model has a confident presence without overwhelming a shelf. It is aimed primarily at adult city builders and collectors of atmospheric display scenes, while its accessible rooms also offer plenty of scope for arranging and storytelling. The three figures can become shop staff, customers and the resident of the upper floor. Skateboards, store fittings and household accessories give each level a distinct identity. As a central building in the Street Fusion range, it can be combined naturally with further urban scenes.
