When the night watch begins

Darkness settles over the walls, but warm light is already glowing behind the narrow windows. Across 1,625 pieces, you build a multi-storey defensive tower that feels like a lived-in outpost on the edge of a medieval town. Substantial stonework, weathered-looking textures, timber beams and battlements create convincing fortress architecture with plenty of deliberate irregularity. The included LED system illuminates windows, rooms and individual light sources, transforming the entire model after nightfall. Four medieval characters occupy the platforms and furnished spaces, bringing the scene to life. The result is more than a tower: it becomes a setting for late patrols, secret messages and stories from a restless frontier.

The build progresses in clearly organised stages, rising from the foundations through the furnished floors to the upper observation and defence platform. Repeating masonry sections establish a calm rhythm, while window openings, projections, timber supports and small-scale textures continually introduce fresh construction details. Inside you will find guard and living quarters, storage areas, furniture, barrels, weapons and further period accessories. Opening doors and gates add interaction, while removable floors and roof sections provide easy access to the interior. Extra care goes into routing the LEDs and cables step by step, allowing the lighting components to disappear neatly into the architecture.

This tower is aimed primarily at adult builders who enjoy atmospheric architecture and a carefully structured project. At approximately 42.9 cm tall, it has a commanding shelf presence without hiding its detailed rooms behind a sealed façade. The four characters can patrol the battlements, guard the entrance or populate the furnished levels, turning the model into a stage for compact scenes. Display it alone as a remote frontier post, or place it beside other medieval buildings to form part of a town wall or castle complex.
